QUESTION: "Do I have to supply alcohol"?

ANSWER: Yes. Due to QLD liquor licensing we are unable to supply alcohol to an event.The Tipsy Tiki operates as a dry hire mobile bar service, meaning you are hiring us to serve your alcohol.

QUESTION: "How will I know how much alcohol to buy"?

ANSWER: We offer a no obligation sit down consult with you wherein we will discuss the number of guests and what drinks you want. We will then assist you in compiling a shopping list with the chosen alcohol and quantities required. Any unopened left over alcohol can be refunded after the event.

QUESTION: "What do I need to provide"?

ANSWER: All you need to provide is the alcohol and any soft drinks you would like served. We take care of the rest.

QUESTION: "Are there any location requirements"?

ANSWER: To ensure the bar operates smoothly, a level, even surface is required for setup. We also require a power and water connection.

QUESTION: "Do you travel outside Hervey Bay"?

ANSWER: We provide mobile bar services to Hervey Bay, Maryborough and Bundaberg.

QUESTION: "Can I make some changes to the packages"?

ANSWER: Yes. We understand that no two events are the same, so we can tailor any package to suit your needs.

QUESTION: "Are you insured"?

ANSWER: Yes. We are fully insured with public liability insurance.
